The short version. This website gives general information about our services and lets you book a free consultation. Nothing on it is a contract to provide services, legal advice, or a promise of financial results. Our services begin only when we both sign a written agreement, and that agreement controls.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Crystal Gold Management Corporation ("Crystal Gold," "we," "us"). By using the website or booking an appointment through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Our services and written agreements
The website describes property management, renovation coordination, and investment guidance services in general terms. Descriptions are not offers and may change. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement, such as a property management agreement, a renovation scope and estimate, or a consulting engagement letter. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Fees, availability, and the scope of any service are stated only in a written proposal or agreement. Any services that require a Delaware real estate license are provided only as permitted by that license and Delaware law.
3. Consultations and appointments
- Initial consultations are free and create no obligation for you or for us.
- Appointments booked online are scheduled through Cal.com, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy.
- Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation or by contacting us. We may decline repeated no-show bookings.
- For on-site visits, someone with authority to grant access must be available, and the property must be safe to enter.
- We may reschedule if weather, safety, or an emergency at a managed property requires it. We will contact you as early as possible.
4. General information only
Content on this website, including checklists, summaries of law, and descriptions of strategy, is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or securities advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Laws change and situations differ, so consult a qualified professional before acting.
We are not a registered investment adviser, law firm, or accounting firm. Real estate involves risk. We do not guarantee any rental income, occupancy, appreciation, refinancing outcome, or return on investment. Past results are not a promise of future results.
5. Renovation and contractor work
Construction work we coordinate is performed by independent, licensed, and insured contractors under a written agreement that sets out scope, price, schedule, and warranty. Estimates are not binding until included in a signed agreement, and changes to scope or price require written approval. Permits are obtained where required by the applicable city, county, or state authority.
6. Fair housing
We follow the federal Fair Housing Act, the Delaware Fair Housing Act, and applicable local law. We do not discriminate in any housing transaction on any protected basis, and we will not follow an instruction from any owner or client that would violate those laws. See our fair housing commitment.
7. Communications
When you book an appointment or send a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about that request. We send marketing messages only to people who ask for them. We will not send you automated or prerecorded marketing calls or text messages without your prior express written consent. You may opt out of any non-essential communication at any time through our privacy request page.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information.
- Impersonate another person or submit a request on someone's behalf without their permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scan, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its hosting.
- Copy, scrape, or republish website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
The Crystal Gold Management Corporation name, the Crystal Gold emblem, and the text, design, and graphics on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
10. Third-party links and services
The website links to government resources and uses third-party services such as Cal.com and Google Fonts. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Gold and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the website will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100). Liability for services we provide is governed by the written agreement for those services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Delaware law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crystal Gold from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the website.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date forward. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
